What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your Texas county (optional)
• Your current status with the ag exemption (optional)
• Your answers to the optional survey on the confirmation page
• UTM parameters from the URL (e.g., the ad that brought you here)

We also use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use this site. These services may set cookies and collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, time on site, browser type). The Meta Pixel fires a "Lead" conversion event only when you reach the confirmation page.

How we use it

We use your email exclusively to:

• Send Texas ag exemption deadline reminders — the main reason you join the waitlist
• Send launch announcements and early-access invitations for LandTally

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing.

Where it's stored, and for how long

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase (a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). Analytics data is processed by Google (GA4) and Meta. We keep your waitlist record until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

If you block analytics scripts with your browser or an ad blocker, everything on this site still works.

Your rights

To request deletion of your data, email us at hello@landtally.com with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will delete your record within 14 days.
